Events Team Lead

Starting Pay: $20/hr+ based on experience + annual bonus  

Job Type: Full-Time (35-40 hrs per week)

This position will report directly to the Owner. There is a 90-day trial period for all positions at Presley Paige. Any position with Presley Paige requires flexibility in schedule, attention to detail, and the ability to work as a team.

Job Overview:

The Events Team Lead works alongside the team of balloon installers + fabricators  to safely deliver and install balloon decor and other artistic event activations. This position includes driving, carrying up to 60lbs, use of a ladder, and other appropriate equipment for installation. The position will also include working in the studio on the production of decor such as inflation, creation, and adding the finishing touches on orders.

Our goal is for this position to oversee inventory of materials, team scheduling, and assist in all creation/fabrication/installation  of balloons and all other installations mediums. 

Responsibilities and Duties:
● Driving company-owned delivery truck to locations around Northwest Arkansas + River Valley
● Loading and unloading of truck
● Communicating with clients about delivery and installation
● Safe use of appropriate equipment for installation
● Production of balloon decor: Inflation, creation, and finishing of orders
● Will require nights and weekends + occasional overnight travel
● Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Required Skills:
● Valid US Driver’s License
● Working mobile smartphone with GPS capabilities and data
● Comfortably use common technology i.e. online calendars and chat programs
● Must be able to lift at least 60lbs
● Must be able to get in and out delivery vans
● Must be comfortable on ladders
● Flexible availability (including nights and weekends)
● Ability to prioritize tasks

10-20 hrs per week for part-time and 15-20 hrs per week for seasonal help

Job Overview:

As a Store Associate at Presley Paige, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting Store Manager and other team members with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales + growing the Presley Paige brand.
• Responsible for hitting daily and weekly sales goals.
• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
• Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
• Demonstrating Presley Paige products and service offerings 
• Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
• Assisting with processing store deliveries/pick-ups, online orders, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, inventory management and promotions
• Filling balloons with helium 
• Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers
• Daily Opening + Closing Checklist of light cleaning and organization to ensure store inside and out looks its best at all times
• Pay starts at $12/hr based on experience and qualifications and bonus based on sales quota

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
• Excellent technology + computer skills
• Understands the importance of Customer Service
• Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
• Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers
• Ability to operate POS system + answer phone calls/texts

Job Overview:

Presley Paige is seeking a Part-Time Content Creator who will contribute to the company’s growth by expertly and efficiently creating content across all of the brand’s platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and consuming digital content and a passion for writing both long and short format content, video tutorials + short format video, crafting, and color. They will be personable, efficient and a high performer in a fast-paced, dynamic company environment and will be responsible for producing and editing content for our for marketing initiatives, contribute, create, and maintain a cohesive brand voice, and deepening engagement with our customers.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and evolve Presley Paige’s organic social media presence from A to Z – driving our content calendar, managing production, and engaging directly with people in our community

Partner with our teams to build awareness and excitement for new products, share inspiring customer and employee stories, and respond to issues as they arise

Schedule posts – and manually post if/as needed – ensuring the minimum daily posting cadence is maintained 

Day-to-day management across all social channels: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and more

Engage with social communities to drive favorable conversations, ensuring brand-related questions, comments, and opportunities are addressed with speed, good judgment, and in alignment with brand stakeholders and guidelines

Development and implementation of actionable plans surrounding follower growth and retention, including the analyzation and presentation of data to support plans 

Work collaboratively with owner surrounding shot list creation for events

Build project timelines within workbacks and/or Asana, ensuring creative is briefed accordingly when/as needed 

Screen-grabbing and organizing any success metrics related to events and/or campaigns 

Gather analytics and reporting (social captures, pageviews, campaign highlights) from internal teams for wrap reports upon campaign completion

Track social live links across all campaigns ensuring they go live as scheduled + performing optimally

Develop new strategies for reporting, identifying key information, best practices, competitive activity and trends, as well as tools for efficient reporting

Share feedback and insights from our community that can inform our overall product development and curation, marketing, and customer engagement strategies

Identify opportunities to contribute to broader conversations on social, expand our audience, and introduce new people to Presley Paige

Define goals and monitor performance of Presley Paige’s social programs, ensuring metrics map to key marketing and business objectives

Share best practices and guides across Presley Paige’s employee base

Produce and edit playful photo, video, and written content for a variety of channels, including email, website, product descriptions, social media, mobile push, paid, in-store signage and more

Self-editing and copyediting to align with the Presley Paige brand voice

Work with the other team members  to understand and contribute to the Presley Paige vision for community engagement

Partner effectively with a cross-department teams (store associates, inventory, graphic design, and ownership, etc.) to ensure campaigns and projects are cohesive, elevated, and well-executed

Bring new content ideas and formats of storytelling to Presley Paige

Plan and Execute the management of weekly/monthly editorial calendars

Partner with Operations and Creative to input into asset creation planning and plan for annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly content deliverables (and marketing shoots)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communicator who can adapt to multiple channels and formats

A knack for good storytelling and conversational writing

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to turn around tight, smart, accurate content while meeting daily deadlines

Personal passion for celebrations and gifts.  Reporting directly to the owner and consistent with the mission of Presley Paige, the Content Creator is responsible for creating the content, campaigns to drive product sales, brand awareness, and promotion of new products. The Content Creator is equally responsible for supporting the Presley Paige storefront in Fayetteville, AR and the e-commerce store with creative asset development and deployment of marketing campaigns, thus ensuring brand uniformity. The ideal candidate has a creative mindset in matters of marketing, development and branding;  experience working as part of a larger team; and excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
